Property No.7 : Item No. 1: In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, PalladamTaluk, within the limits of Palladam Panchayat Union and Karaipudur village panchayat Board, in Karaipudur village in SF No.128/3A an extent of P.H.1.01.0 Kist at Rs.2.06 corresponding P.A. 2.49 Kist at Rs. 2.06 in this an extent of P.A.0.48 owned by M. K.Periyasamy in this East of East-West 10 feet wide south - north pathway, West of land retained by M. K.Periysamy, South of South North 30 feet wide east west road, North of Land retained by M. K.Periyasamy. In this Middle, Admeasuring an extent of P.A. 0.26 Kist at Rs.0.25 Factory contructed therein and all other appurtenances attached therein together with the right of way over mamool pathways and cart tracks pertaining to the aforesaid lands. The aforesaid land is now comprised in New SF No.128/3A2 measuring an extent of 0.10.5 Hectare as per present sub division. Item No.2: In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, PalladamTaluk, within the limits of palladampanchayat union, Karaipudur village panchayat board, in Karaipudur village, in SF.No. 128/3A an extent of 1.01.0 Hectares for this 2.49 acres assessed at Rs. 2.06 in this an extent of 0.48 acre (48 cents) in this an extent of 4,705 sq.ft situated within the following boundaries:- East of black stone wall belonged to Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church (TELC) and east west 10 feet breadth south north road: West of PAP vaikkal: South of an extent of 0.26 acre (26 cents) already purchased by N.Tamilselvi and an extent of 2,542 sq.ft vacant land sold to N. Tamilselvi and North of the property belonged to Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church (TELC). Measuring east west 60 feet on northern side, east west 36 feet on the southern side, south north 100 feet on western side and south north 103 feet on the eastern side making the above extent of 4,705 sq.ft and the right to use the road through the vacant land measuring an extent of 2,542 sq.ft sold to N.Tamilselvi to reach the property and the right to use the east west 10 feet breadth south north road as mentioned in pathway agreement dated 06.03.2006 between M.K.Periyasamy and Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church (TELC) represented by S.A.Bagyanathan and other mamool roads to reach the property. Item No.3 : In Tirupur Registration District, in Palladam Sub Rigstration District, in PalladamTaluk, within PalladamPanchayath Union and Karaipudhur village Panchayath Board Limits, in Karaipudur village, in SF No. 128/3A measuring punchai Hc.1.01.0 kisth assessed at Rs.2.06 corresponding punchai Ac.2.49 kisth assessed at Rs.2.06, in the lands measuring punchai Ac.0.48 owned by M.K.Periyasamy, a specific extent of land measuring 2542 Sq.ft. is bounded on the West by 26 cents of land owned by Tmt.Tamilselvi, East by PAP vaikkal, North by 30 Ft. width east west road, South by the lands purchased by N.Pradeepa and N.Malarvizhi. And amidst this, the aforesaid land is measuring, East to West 30 ft.on the north, East to West 0 ft. on the south, North to South 169 ft. on the west, North to South 169 ft. on the east. Thus making in whole, the aforesaid specific extent of land measuring 2542 sq.ft in entirety together with right of way over mamool pathways and cart tracks pertaining to the aforesaid lands and right of way to Pradeepa and Malarvizhi through the aforesaid lands measuring 2542 sq.ft and right of way through east west 10 ft. width north south thadam as morefully provided in the pathway rights enjoyment agreement dt 06.03.2006 registered as Doc.No. 2528/2006.
