Property No. 2: In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub-Registration District, Palladam Taluk, within Palladam Panchayath union and Karaipudhur Village Panchayath Board Limits, in Karaipudhur Village, as per Old patta No.1716, in S.F.No.230/2A, out of specific northern portion of land measuring punchai Ac.6.00 kisth assessed at Rs.4.86 allotted to R.G.Chandrasekar under Schedule B of the partition deed dt.09.02.2001 (Doc.No.93/2001), deducting a specific extent of land already sold by vendor R.G.Chandrasekar, the remaining specific extent of land measuring punchai Ac.2.52 acres within the following boundaries: West by North- South road proceeding from Arulpuram to Murugampalayam, East by PAP vaikkal, North by S.F.No.231, South by Nataraj?s land amidst this, the aforesaid land measuring punchai Ac.2.52 have been plotted and developed into a layout of vacant sites under the name Rajagopal Gardens and in this, as per layout plan, Site No.18 measuring 4842 sq.ft. is bounded on the West by Site Nos.16 and 17 of S.Ganesh Kumar, T.R.Elangovan and M.Gunasekaran, East by 23 ft. width north south layout road, North by S.F.No.231, South by Site No.19. And amidst this, the aforesaid land is measuring, East -West 75 ft. on both sides, North-South 75 ft on the west, 56ft on the east, thus the total extent of 4842 Sq.Ft in entirety and factory building constructed therein bearing door No.8/602B (Asst.
