As per the Title Deed the property is bounded as: East: Land of Owner, West:Land of Owner,North: Road, South: Government School. b) Land measuring 1-0 bigha (i.e. 1013.50 Square yards) comprised in Khata No. 136 Khasra No. 567/2 being 1 Bigha out of Total Land 4 Bigha 1 Biswa, situated at village Hardaspur, Tehsil & District Patiala registered in the name of Sh Pushpinder Kumar Bansal and Sh Rajesh Kumar Bansal Both Sons Of Sh Sita Ramin the Office of Sub Registrar Patiala vide Sale Deed No. 1181 dated 30.04.1997. As per the Title Deed the property is bounded as: East:Road, West:Government School, North:Land of Pushpinder Kumar Rajesh Kumar, South:Land of Owner. Now as per the Exchange Deed No. 15543 dated 10.03.2010 the property of Sh Pushpinder Kumar Bansal S/o Sh Sita Ram Bansal primarily mortgaged for M/s Shakti Industries is Bounded as:East:Vacant Land (152' 8”), West:Land of Rajesh Kumar(152' 8”), North:Road(59' 9”), South:Government School(59' 9”). Note:- Property is primarily mortgage to secure the credit facilities lent to M/s Shakti Industries by Branch Office Chotti Barandari, Patiala – 601200. Also the Bank is in possession of original Deeds bearing No. 15543 and 1181 dated 10.03.2010 and 30.04.1997 respectively in compliance of the Exchange Deed No. 15543 dated 10.03.2010.
